The complete solo-provider toolkit is free. Publish unlimited services, manage jobs and customers, accept Stripe payments, request or send refunds, collect reviews, and keep business records without paying MIMO.
Paid plans are optional. They are for legitimate businesses and teams that need multiple people to share access to the same business. Monthly, every-three-months, and annual billing change only the subscription price and renewal date for that collaboration plan.

Your business is the seller and owns each customer charge. Stripe processing fees are Stripe's fees, not MIMO fees, and are generally deducted by Stripe from your connected account. MIMO takes 0% of every customer service payment on every plan.
Paid plans renew until canceled. Cancel any time and keep access through the current paid period. Subscription charges are not refundable or prorated except where required by law.
Customers pay nothing
No subscription, no charge to search, no charge to request a service. Finding someone to do a job should not cost money.
You are never charged for leads
MIMO does not sell you contact details. You can sign up, publish a profile, receive requests and decline them without paying anything.
