The idea behind MIMO

Naelira saw how much independent service providers have to keep track of while also doing the actual work. Her idea was a simpler place for providers to organize their services, customers, requests, schedules, payments, and records while giving customers an easier way to find and work with them.

MIMO was developed from that idea as a completely free solo-provider toolkit, with optional paid collaboration plans only for businesses and teams that need shared multi-user access.
